William Wolff is a paralegal in the Business practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP.
 
William’s primary areas of focus are in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, asset finance, securities and intellectual property law. William manages the formation, maintenance, mergers, dissolutions, conversions and re-domestications of domestic and foreign entities. He routinely drafts shareholder, board and member resolutions and, under the direction of BB&K attorneys, assists clients with licensing, permits and tax matters. He assists attorneys with the sale and acquisition of privately held companies, reviewing due diligence, preparing ancillary documents and assisting with closings. William conducts legal research on a wide variety of corporate, business and securities law matters.
 
William has more than 10 years of experience supporting attorneys at Am Law 100 law firms and more than 10 years of experience supporting in-house attorneys at various types of companies, including investment management, restaurant franchisor and a multi-national conglomerate.
 
William has worked with attorneys in various practice areas, including general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities, asset finance, fund formation, intellectual property, contracts, tax, labor and environmental law.
 
William holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification and is a registered notary public for the State of California.
