Tyler has more than a decade of experience representing clients in civil disputes and advises with a practical, results-oriented approach to litigation and transactions.
Tyler Moore is an associate in Best Best & Krieger’s Business practice group. In his day-to-day practice, Tyler guides clients in all aspects of complex corporate and health care law matters, business and real estate transactions, securities issues, secured transactions, litigation and employment law issues. Of particular note is Tyler’s work representing businesses and individuals in all stages of the purchase and sale of businesses, employment litigation and disputes, disputes between business owners, real estate transactions and disputes, and collection of monies owed.
Tyler has more than a decade of experience representing clients in all manner of civil disputes and advises with a practical, results-oriented approach to litigation and transactions. Tyler works to provide clients with straightforward business solutions, relying on his years of experience resolving complex disputes and knowledge of the issues that face today’s business owners. He takes every effort to help his clients understand the big picture and avoid disputes.
When engaged to represent his clients in disputes and litigation, Tyler offers solutions supported by his deep understanding of the law and litigation. He maintains focus on the ultimate resolution of the dispute and helps his clients navigate a path to best possible resolution.
Prior to joining BB&K through the firm’s combination with Karnopp Petersen, Tyler spent nearly 10 years practicing litigation in Seattle at Lasher Holzapful Sperry & Ebberson, before joining Karnopp’s transactional team in 2017. While earning his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, Tyler took the opportunity to work as a law clerk at the Department of Justice, Civil Frauds Division. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington and the Court of Federal Claims.
Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons partaking in all that Bend, Oregon has to offer, from skiing to biking and everything in between.
