Tricia litigates on behalf of both businesses and public agencies.
She has extensive experience handling real estate disputes, but handles a variety of matters.
While earning her undergraduate degree at UCLA, Tricia was president of the Pre-Law Society.

Tricia A. Pham represents private companies and public agencies in all manner of disputes as a litigation associate at Best Best & Krieger LLP.
She has experience counseling lenders, developers and title insurance companies and their insureds in real estate disputes involving real property ownership, encumbrances and valuation. Tricia regularly works with companies and their directors and officers in complex litigation involving contractual disputes. Tricia also represents creditors and trustees in contested matters and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy cases, advising clients on the best strategies for pursuing and recovering debts within the bounds of bankruptcy law.
Prior to joining BB&K’s Irvine office, Tricia was an associate in the San Diego office of one of the nation’s largest law firms, handling complex commercial litigation and employment law matters. She is admitted to practice in California state and all federal District Courts in California.  
While earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, Tricia served as president of the UCLA Pre-Law Society. She graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with honors in negotiation, civil clinic work, and trial advocacy. Also during law school, she clerked for several law firms, gaining extensive litigation experience.
An Orange County native, Tricia enjoys camping and hiking.
