Heather McCoy is a paralegal in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Environmental & Natural Resources practice group. Over the past 12 years, Heather has gained experience in various areas of litigation, including trust and estate litigation, multi-district mass tort litigation, wrongful death actions, family law and construction defect litigation. Under the supervision of attorneys, Heather prepares administrative records and works on CEQA-related tasks, as well as trial preparation for eminent domain matters.

Prior to joining BB&K, Heather worked for Albertson & Davidson, LLP where she case-managed the firm’s trial litigation practice. Heather earned her associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Platt College.
