Daniella handles a variety of transactional matters for the Business practice group.
She served as a judicial extern for Judge William H. Orrick of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Daniella is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
Daniella V. Hernandez is an attorney in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Business practice group focusing on business contracts, real estate transactions, franchise law and estate planning. She also works in the Public Finance practice group. Daniella handles a variety of transactional matters for public and private sector clients.
She helped launch the Hispanic Bar Association of the Inland Empire and serves as its secretary. Daniella is also on the boards of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – Inland Empire chapter and the Riverside Public Library Foundation.
Daniella graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she worked on the Berkeley Business Law Journal and Ecology Law Quarterly. She served as a judicial extern for Judge William H. Orrick of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Daniella also assisted Professor David Oppenheimer with research for his book entitled “The Ubiquity of Positive Measures for Addressing Systemic Discrimination and Inequality - A Comparative Global Perspective.”.
In her spare time, Daniella enjoys vegan cooking, hiking, traveling and cardio kickboxing.
