Andrew served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Virginia A. Phillips of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Andrew G. Saghian is a litigation associate in Best Best & Krieger’s Business practice group. He assists clients with navigating all aspects and stages of litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Andrew’s practice includes contract claims, business and real property disputes, tort litigation, civil rights actions, employment/discrimination claims, property tax appeals, eminent domain and inverse condemnation.
Andrew earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Ninth Circuit Clinic. While in law school, he briefed and argued a constitutional due process claim before the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, received the 2016 Donald G. Hagman Land Use Law and Planning Scholar award, and placed as a runner-up in the State Bar’s 2017 Environmental Negotiations Competition.
Andrew received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Before attending law school, he was a case clerk in Sheppard Mullin’s labor and employment practice group. Andrew is a native of the Inland Empire and he enjoys playing basketball and soccer, golfing, cooking, and spending time with his family.
