Bond investors are increasingly interested in investing in socially responsible bonds. The U.S. green bonds market had its biggest year yet in 2019. Green bonds are bonds designated to finance or refinance improvements that are environmentally beneficial or climate change resilient. In this Best Best & Krieger LLP webinar, Partner Mrunal Shah discusses the types of projects that are eligible for green bond designation, the basics of obtaining a green bond designation and how public agencies can use green bonds to further their public policy goals.
