BB&K Partner Nancy Park is a Woman Worth Watching

Profiles in Diversity Journal Named the Business Practice Leader to its Annual List

Congratulations to Best Best & Krieger LLP Partner Nancy Park on being named a “Woman Worth Watching in Leadership” for 2020 by the Profiles in Diversity Journal. The Business practice group leader was among 67 women on the annual list of professionals recognized for being pathfinders, leaders, mentors and giving back to their communities.

As part of the recognition, Park was profiled in the magazine and she was invited to write an essay on women in the workplace. Park’s essay focused on ways women can break the glass ceiling, using examples from her own professional experiences. “Employers bear much of the burden of changing the pipeline, but we can control some of the things from within it,” Park wrote.

Park, who also serves as BB&K’s Sacramento office managing partner, works with clients in both the private and public sector, focusing on real estate transactions, leasing, finance and business contracts. She was recently named a Lawyer of the Year in Real Estate Law by Best Lawyers in America and a Sacramento Magazine Top Lawyer for Real Estate Law. She was recognized last year as a Member Achiever by the Urban Land Institute Sacramento District Council and a Commercial Real Estate Women-Sacramento Chapter Woman of Influence.
