Charter Buys TWC and Bright House: Toolkit Helps Local Governments Understand Cable Transfers

Charter Communications confirmed this morning that it will purchase Time Warner Cable and Bright House. The deal, reportedly worth nearly $56 billion, is expected to transform Charter into one of the country’s largest cable and broadband operators.
