BBK Attorneys to Discuss Navigating Federally Funded Projects and Ethics Rules
Best Best & Krieger LLP is proud to sponsor and participate in the annual Texas City Attorneys Association Summer Conference, an educational event designed specifically for municipal lawyers to learn from and network with fellow peers. At this year's event, BBK attorneys will present an overview of the legal framework of federal procurement law applicable to federally funded projects and guidance for understanding the requirements of federal grant and loan agreements.
