State & Main – A Joint Conference of the Alliance for Community Media and the National Alliance for Media Arts + Culture

BB&K attorney Gerard Lederer was a panelist at the ACM & NAMAC’s National Conference State & Main: Intersecting Networks, Communities, Generations. He was on a panel titled, “Key Public Policy Issues: Our Perspectives,” which provided an in-depth focus on the federal agenda for community media centers, including captioning standards, AT&T U-verse, electronic program guides, funding streams, federal PEG priorities, HD conversion standards, franchising, the Telecom Act and the Community Access Preservation Act.
