Our attorneys currently assist Pacific Gas and Electric Company in obtaining permits from the California Public Utilities Commission to construct electrical substations and transmission facilities, and we advise Pacific Gas and Electric Company on various environmental permitting matters involving electrical facilities, telecommunications facilities, generation interconnections, and leasing of utility properties. BB&K also represents public agencies in administrative law matters pending before the Commission and advises private companies on utility-related service and rates issues.
