Special Districts

BB&K has one of California’s most extensive practices in providing legal services to special districts and other governmental agencies.

Our special district clients include water agencies, sanitation districts, joint power agencies, community services districts, fire protection districts, transportation agencies, multi-jurisdictional redevelopment agencies, park and recreation districts, colleges/universities, school districts, hospital districts, and local agency formation commissions.  Our clients range in size and locales from the Eastern Sierra Community Services District, East Bay Municipal Utilities District and Friant Water Users Authority in northern and central California to the Riverside County Transportation Commission and Helix Water District in Southern California.
