Randi Walseth is a paralegal in the Business practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP.

Randi’s main areas of focus are corporate law, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property law. She assists attorneys in the sale and acquisition of privately held companies, conducting due diligence, reviewing contracts and other agreements for conflicts and generally facilitating the closings. She routinely helps to form, maintain, dissolve and merge domestic and foreign entities, maintains corporate records, drafts board of director and shareholder resolutions and minutes of meetings for profit and nonprofit corporations. In addition, Randi conducts trademark searches, prepares USPTO filings, assists with the prosecution of trademark applications, maintains federal and state trademark registrations and coordinates foreign trademark registrations. She conducts legal research on a wide variety of corporate, business and trademark law matters.

Prior to joining BB&K, Randi was a paralegal with the Redlands, Calif. firm of Mirau, Edwards, Cannon & Lewin. In addition, she has worked as an intellectual property paralegal, directing and coordinating all aspects of a global trademark and copyright program for an international nonprofit organization. Randi also has experience as a sports and entertainment writer and editor in New York City.

Randi received her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque and received her paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego
