Case Win: Sommerville v. Sacramento City Unified School District
Before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, BB&K was successful in having an earlier decision rescinded and reversed in favor of the District.The case was closely watched by school districts throughout the state for whom there could have been serious financial implications regarding interpretation of Labor Code Section 132(A).
