e-Bulletin: CEQA Document Filing Fee Increase

The California Department of Fish and Game has increased filing fees for CEQA documents pursuant to Senate Bill 1535 and Fish and Game Code Section 711.4.   The new fees are based on changes in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Implicit Price Deflator for State and Local Government Purchases of Goods and Services, and will help defray the costs of managing and protecting California’s vast fish and wildlife resources.  Effective January 1, 2008, the new filing fees for CEQA documents are as follows:
