Best Best & Krieger LLP is pleased to announce its selection as a resource institution providing water policy law advice to Associates in Rural Development (ARD), Inc.
ARD was recently selected by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as one of five primary contractors for the Integrated Water and Coastal Resources Management Indefinite Quantity Contract (Water IQC II). The five-year, $2 billion, IQC contract--awarded on September 30, 2004--will provide technical expertise and field support for all aspects of the USAID’s global program in integrated water and coastal resources management.
