BB&K Attorneys to Speak at Wetlands National Conference

BB&K Attorneys, Roderick Walston & Margureite (Peggy) Strand will speak at the upcoming Wetlands National Conference.  The conference will be held at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas where Walston will speak on "The Supereme Court and the Scope of Federal Clean Water Act Jurisdiction" and Strand will speak on "The New Mitigation Regulations."
