Case Win: Teamsters Local 856 v. Priceless, LLC
The Court of Appeal issued a published decision in a case involving a newspaper's request for the names, titles, and earnings of the employees of numerous Bay Area cities.BB&K filed an amicus curiae brief on behalf of the City of Claremont, and worked closely with counsel for the Unions in coordinating arguments in response to the briefs submitted by the newspapers. The court of appeal affirmed the trial court.
