Dorris to Speak at LSI's Land Use & Climate Change Conference

BB&K Partner, Beth Dorris, will participate on a panel at Law Seminars International's Land Use & Climate Change Conference.  The session is titled "Stakeholder Perspectives" and Dorris will provide the local government perspective.  Other panel participants will provide developer and environmental interest group perspectives.

This first-of-its-kind conference brings together experts from early adopter jurisdictions, leading lawyers, governmental officials and land use professionals to provide you with the most up-to-date information for successful regulatory programs, the appropriate scope of local review and the best way for developers to respond.
