Willis and Garcia to Speak on Legally Defensible UWMP's and WSA's at ACWA Fall Conference

Environmental and Natural Resources attorneys Jill Willis and Paeter Garcia will present "Legally Defensible UWMP's and WSA's in Light of Vineyard and Global Warming Requirements" at ACWA's 2007 Fall Conference in Indian Wells.

A panel will provide practical advice to water agency representatives regarding their discussion of water supply in UWMP's and WSA's in light of the California Supreme Court's recent decision in Vineyard and State global warming legislation.
