12th Annual Conference!

Western Water Law

Best Best & Krieger attorneys, Roderick Walston , Gregory Wilkinson and Jill Willis, will be among the many distinguished speakers at the 2005 Western Water Law Conference. BB&K Partner, Eric Garner , is the program co-chair and will be presenting the introduction and overview to open the conference on Thursday, September 15th. This year's conference will focus on Federal, State and Local Concerns with regard to water supply issues and water rights. The conference will also address agricultural and municipal rights, the Colorado River and environmental considerations.
