BB&K Attorney, Rod Walston, Co-Chair and Speaker at National Wetlands Conference

This national conference, co-chaired by BB&K attorney Roderick Walston, will cover wetlands regulation, delineation, litigation, conservation, restoration and mitigation.  Attendees will learn what is happening in wetlands today and the possibilities for the future, including details and in-depth analysis of the Rapanos opinions.

Rod Walston, along with his co-chair Sylvia Quast, will open the first time national conference at the Flamingo Hotel in Law Vegas on June 7th.  Rod will provide an overview of recent Supreme Court decisions affecting wetlands.
