BB&K attorneys, Paula de Sousa, Sophie Akins and Mary Beth Coburn, will be among the many distinguished speakers at the 2006 C.A.S.H. Conference. On the first day of the conference, Ms. de Sousa will be presenting a roundtable discussion titled Conflicted? Learn about Conflicts of Interest. Ms. Akins will be participating on Tuesday's workshop panel addressing the Use of Solar Energy to Reduce Electrical Costs. Ms. Coburn will be presenting a roundtable discussion on Wednesday, February 22nd titled The California False Claim Act: What Contractors Can't Do to School Districts. Advocacy, Action, and Accountability is the theme for this year's conference on school facilities. The 3-day conference will include clinics, roundtables, workshops, a State agency resource room and a school tour of Cesar Chavez High School in Stockton.
