BB&K Attorney, Jeffrey Ballinger, to Speak at CSDA Conference

BB&K attorney, Jeffrey Ballinger, will be among the presenters at the 36th Annual California Special District Association (CSDA) Conference. Mr. Ballinger will be presenting “Who Wants to be a ‘Brown Act’ Millionaire?”

The three-day educational conference and exhibit draws Directors, General Managers and administrative staff from special district agencies across the state.
