BB&K Attorneys to speak at Los Angeles County Bar Association 21st Annual Environmental Law Super Symposium

BBK Partner, Beth Dorris, is the 2007 Symposium Chair. Beth will also serve as the panel moderator for the symposium break-out session titled "Seeking CEQA: Resolving the Tension Between Urban Growth and Community Environmental Concerns" featuring panel member and BB&K Partner, Michelle Ouellette. The panel will discuss the latest developments under CEQA and CEQA challenges resulting from California's continued growth and infrastructure demands.

This year's symposium, captioned "From Sacramento to Washington — New Winds are Blowing," will feature a keynote address from Rocky Delgadillo, LA City Attorney; and Terry Tamminen, former Secretary of the California EPA and author of Lives per Gallon.
