Recruitment
One of the firm’s ongoing recruitment goals is to increase the diversity of our attorneys and staff. We have a diverse recruitment committee and staff that actively look for opportunities to attract individuals with a wide range of backgrounds to our firm at the summer clerk, entry-level and lateral hire levels.
Professional Development
We provide professional development and mentoring programs with sensitivity to the diverse needs of all participants. In fact, diversity training is an integral part of our professional development program. We also support our attorneys and the professional organizations they participate in.
