Jerry Dagrella is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Best Best & Krieger LLP. He represents clients in all types of civil litigation, both plaintiff and defense, and is experienced in all aspects of pre-trial, trial and appellate practice. He has successfully resolved many lawsuits prior to trial by securing a dismissal/summary judgment or negotiating a favorable settlement for the client. He has also successfully tried and arbitrated many cases, including a recent trial victory in which he obtained a multi-million dollar judgment in favor of the firm’s client that was fifty-one times greater than the opponent’s pre-trial settlement offer.

Prior to joining BB&K, Mr. Dagrella was a litigation associate with a 700-attorney firm in downtown Los Angeles. He has authored several legal articles and seminar materials, including a scholarly article that was published in The Transnational Lawyer (2000, vol. 13, pp. 363-390), and he contributed Chapter 23 to the book, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Your Civil Liberties by Michael Levin (Alpha Books, 2003).

Mr. Dagrella began his legal education at the age of 19 at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where, in recognition of scholastic achievement, he was awarded with the Alumni Scholarship and selected to serve on Law Review. He graduated youngest in his class, receiving his Juris Doctor from Pacific McGeorge in 2001. Mr. Dagrella is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California. He is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
