Scott H. Campbell is a Partner in the Municipal and Litigation Law Practice Groups of Best Best & Krieger LLP in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Scott Campbell primarily practices in municipal law and litigation, with concentrated areas in Municipal and Public Entity Representation, Construction Management and Litigation, Business and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Campbell has extensive trial experience and has served as Assistant and Deputy City Attorney with the cities of Cerritos, La Canada Flintridge, Monterey Park, and San Dimas. Mr. Campbell has also been responsible for the supervision of Public Works Projects involving over $150,000,000 in public funding.

Mr. Campbell currently serves as General Counsel for the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District, where he attends board meetings, provides advise on compliance with the Brown Act and conflict of interest laws and oversees legal issues that arise.

Mr. Campbell is professionally affiliated as a member of the City Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and serves as President of the St. Anne’s Foundation Board of Trustees. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for St. Anne’s. He has presented several papers at the Annual League of California Cities Conference.

Mr. Campbell received his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1987. In 1984, he graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude from the University of California at Berkeley.
