Eran Marie Bermudez is an Associate in the School Law Practice Group of Best Best & Krieger, LLP. Ms. Bermudez practices general school law with a focus on advising various school districts on personnel administration issues, labor and management issues, grievance and arbitration procedures, and advising clients on the Ralph M. Brown Act, the Political Reform Act, and the Public Records Act.
Ms. Bermudez received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2005. At Boalt Hall, Ms. Bermudez was the Production Editor of the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal, a member of the Berkeley La Raza Law Students Association, a member of the Coalition of Diversity, and a member of Students Opposing Domestic Violence. Ms. Bermudez received the American Jurisprudence Award for Evidence Advocacy while attending Boalt Hall. Ms. Bermudez received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine where she graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2002.
Ms. Bermudez was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the La Raza Lawyers Association of San Diego, and the San Diego Lawyers Club.
