Justin Booth is an Associate in the Environmental Law & Natural Resources Practice Group at Best Best & Krieger LLP. Mr. Booth specializes in representing both private and public agencies involving CEQA, NEPA, soil contamination, open space lands preservation, historic resource designation, water quality, stormwater pollution, endangered species, and hazardous waste matters.
Mr. Booth previously worked with the San Diego City Attorney’s Office first as a prosecutor and later as an environmental and land use litigator. Mr. Booth handled all phases of multi-million dollar land use litigation from pre-trial motions through discovery, trial and appeal. Mr. Booth has thirteen trials taken to verdict and has argued successfully at the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Mr. Booth graduated in 2002 from California Western School of Law, earning an Academic Achievement Award in Environmental Litigation while serving on the National Environmental Moot Court Team. Mr. Booth received a BS in Biology from the University of Georgia in 2000.
