Mr. Baum is a Partner in the Public Finance Practice Group with Best Best & Krieger LLP. He has been with Best Best & Krieger LLP since 1978 and has been a partner since 1984.   He is the former head of the firm’s Public Finance Practice Group.  Mr. Baum has been involved in financings involving certificates of participation, single family and multifamily mortgage revenue bonds, tax allocation bonds, nonprofit corporation bonds, Mello-Roos bonds, assessment bonds and industrial development bonds.  He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. 

Mr. Baum graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1971 and received a Masters Degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1973.  He graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 1977.
