Mr. Anderson has been a Partner in the Riverside office of Best Best & Krieger LLP since 1976 and is a member of the firm’s Public Finance Practice Group.  He has expertise, as bond counsel, in all aspects of Mello-Roos and assessment district bond financings and also regularly serves as underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel in connection with such financings and other types of municipal bond issues.  He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
