Michael A. Felsted is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Best Best & Krieger LLP.  Mr. Felsted's civil litigation practice has an emphasis on both private and public complex litigation matters.  Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Felsted worked for a boutique Sacramento litigation firm that represented clients in all aspects of complex litigation including, depositions, mediations, law and motion practice, and binding arbitrations.

Mr. Felsted received his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with a Certificate of Concentration in Taxation.  Mr. Felsted attended the University of California, Berkeley and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts.  While attending, Mr. Felsted was a member of the water polo team at Berkeley.

Mr. Felsted is member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, and Sacramento Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in California.
