Scott Ditfurth is an Associate in the Business Litigation Practice Group of the Riverside Office of Best Best & Krieger LLP.
Mr. Ditfurth graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. He earned his law degree from Whittier School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Ditfurth received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship Award and was named Best Overall Competitor in his Lawyer Skills / Moot Court class. Additionally, while in law school, Mr. Ditfurth served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Honors Board. Mr. Ditfurth was also a member of the Whittier Law Review, where his article was published, entitled, When Can the Government Force Someone To Be Competent: Sell v. United States, Volume 25 Whittier Law Review (Fall 2003).
Mr. Ditfurth served as a judicial extern for Justice William F. Rylaarsdam, California Court of Appeal, 4th District, Division 3 (2004).
Mr. Ditfurth is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Court, Central District of California. He is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association.
