Tyler Asmundson is an associate in the Litigation practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP.  Mr. Asmundson practices in the area of business litigation with an emphasis on automotive litigation.  Prior to joining Best Best & Krieger LLP, Mr. Asmundson practiced real estate and business litigation, participating in all phases of litigation.

Mr. Asmundson received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Asmundson served as an Articles Editor on the U.C. Davis Law Review and as a teaching assistant in Legal Research and Legal Writing.  Mr. Asmundson was awarded the King Hall Diversity Scholarship.  Additionally, Mr. Asmundson volunteered at the Sacramento Employment Law Clinic and served as a law clerk at Hawkins, Delafield and Wood, LLP, a law firm specializing in public finance.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Asmundson graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law & Society.  While attending the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mr. Asmundson received the Blaney and President’s scholarships and participated in the University of California, Washington Center internship program where he worked at the law firm of Vinson & Elkins, LLP.   

Mr. Asmundson is a member of the State Bar of California and the Sacramento County Bar Association.
