Jeremy Jung is an associate in the Schools Practice Group of the San Diego office of Best Best & Krieger LLP. Mr. Jung’s practice focuses on school facilities, public works construction and general public contracting matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jung served as a deputy city attorney for the cities of Imperial Beach, Solana Beach, and Calexico advising and representing them with respect to a wide range of matters, including land use, planning, redevelopment, and code enforcement. He was also a Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Diego, where he advised city departments on capital improvement projects. Mr. Jung served as the law clerk for the Hon. Ralph Dau and the Hon. Ernest Hiroshige of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, California.

Mr. Jung received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2001 from the University of Virginia School of Law and was an articles editor for the Journal of Law and Politics. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1996 with a B.A. in Rhetoric.
