Jessica Hirsch is an Associate in the Environmental Law and Natural Resources Practice Group of Best Best & Krieger, LLP. Ms. Hirsch’s practice focuses on representation of clients in litigation and administrative proceedings involving land use, environmental and water law, with particular emphasis on the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the water supply statutes. She also advises clients in the preparation of environmental review documents, drafting of agency findings, and air quality standards.
Ms. Hirsch received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2006. During law school, Ms. Hirsch clerked for the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the Litigation Division and worked as a research assistant for Professor Lawrence Solan. She also received the CALI Award for academic achievement in Writing for Law Practice.
Prior to law school, Ms. Hirsch graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a minor in Pre-Medicine.
Ms. Hirsch is a member of the California State Bar.
