Mr. Muse-Fisher is an associate in Best Best & Krieger’s Riverside Office. Since joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Muse-Fisher’s practice has focused on a wide range of issues for both school districts and private clients.
Mr. Muse-Fisher graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2007. While at McGeorge, Mr. Muse-Fisher was named to the Dean’s List in each of his three years there, thus earning membership in the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. In addition, Mr. Muse-Fisher served as a Comment Editor for the Pacific McGeorge Global Business and Development Law Journal, and also served as a Staff Writer during which time he published his comment entitled “CAFTA-DR and the Iterative Process of Bilateral Treaty Making: Towards a United States Takings Framework for Analyzing International Expropriation Claims.”
Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Muse-Fisher graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Japanese Language Studies. Mr. Muse-Fisher has lived in both Tokyo and Osaka. While in Osaka Mr. Muse-Fisher worked for five different elementary schools teaching English for students in grades K-12.
