Brian Whitley is Of Counsel in the firm's business and real estate practice groups. He has represented both local and national banks, and borrowers, in various loan transactions including construction loans, acquisition and development loans, term loans, and lines of credit. Whitley represents nonprofit corporations and other businesses in tax-exempt financing transactions. He also represents clients in a variety of other business and real estate matters, including business formations, real estate purchase and sale contracts, and lease agreements. Whitley received his law degree from the University of Southern California Law School in 1991.
