Vincent Whittaker is an Associate of Best, Best & Krieger, LLP. Vince has a statewide practice, both state and federal, representing clients in complex business litigation, including real estate, contracts, business torts, products liability and labor and employment law.  Additionally Vince has represented clients in all facets of litigation, including trial. 

Vince is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Desert Bar Association, the Western Italian Golf Association, and Martha’s Village and Kitchen (committee member).  Vince is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the United States District Court (Southern, Northern and  Central Districts).   Vince received his Juris Doctor Degree (cum laude) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he also served as the Perspectives and Book Review Editor for the Thomas Jefferson Law Review.  Vince is also a published author for his article entitled “The Quick Buck, International Finance and Forfaiting” 23 T.Jefferson L.Rev 249.  Vince holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Philosophy) from the University of San Diego. 

During law school, Vince was employed by the American Arbitration Association as a case administrator dealing primarily with construction and complex commercial litigation.  In his third year of law school, Vince obtained a judicial externship with the Honorable John L. Hargrove at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in San Diego.

Vince’s practice areas include Class Action Litigation, Complex Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Business Law, Business Organization, and Commercial Law.
