Roman M. Whittaker is Of Counsel in the firm’s litigation, business, labor/employment, and real estate practice groups, focusing primarily in business planning and structuring; alter ego liability; business interference and unfair trade practices; business/partnership disputes and dissolutions; general labor and employment matters; construction contracts, construction defects and mechanic’s liens; commercial leasing and unlawful detainer; real estate purchase contracts and disputes; escrow disputes; foreclosures; and high-stakes collections.

Mr. Whittaker has been personally invested in the Coachella Valley, both financially and philanthropically, since moving to Palm Desert in 1999. Mr. Whittaker currently sits as the Immediate Past President of the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce and is active with many local charitable organizations. Mr. Whittaker’s legal expertise and practical business experience allows him to provide insightful advice and effective counseling to his clients in the highly competitive Coachella Valley market.
