Ms. Shalhoub’s practice centers around Trust and Estate Litigation and Probate Administration.  In that capacity, she has successfully represented trustees, executors, administrators, professional fiduciaries, as well as individual and charitable remainder beneficiaries, by advancing and concluding their specific matters with the Probate Court.  Ms. Shalhoub also represents private individuals, professional fiduciaries and the Riverside County Office of the Public Guardian in initiating and blocking proceedings to establish conservatorships, remove conservators and defend conservators. 

In addition to her private practice, Ms. Shalhoub is also the Deputy City Attorney for the City of Palm Desert, representing the City in code enforcement, abatement, general litigation and public records matters. 

Ms. Shalhoub earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.  While at Loyola, Ms. Shalhoub worked for the Internal Revenue Service, Estate and Gift Tax Division in Van Nuys and was involved with the administration of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program in downtown Los Angeles.  Ms. Shalhoub also worked in Phoenix at Community Legal Services in its Farm Worker Unit, assisting Arizona farm workers with wage and hour discrepancy issues.  Ms. Shalhoub graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in journalism and telecommunications and a focus in marketing.
