T. Brooke Miller is an Associate in the Municipal Law Practice Group of Best Best & Krieger, LLP. Ms. Miller regularly advises municipalities and special districts on a broad range municipal law issues, including the Brown Act, the Political Reform Act and the Public Records Act. She also advises public entities in the areas of eminent domain, telecommunications franchising law, redevelopment, rent control, land use and other property related matters.
Ms. Miller graduated with honors from Claremont McKenna College with a dual major degree in International Relations and French in 2002. She received her law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2005. While attending Notre Dame, Ms. Miller completed a judicial externship with the California Court of Appeal for the 4th District, Division 3, and served as Articles Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation.
