Robert L. Patterson is an Associate of the Business and Real Estate Practice Groups in the Indian Wells office of Best Best & Krieger LLP

Mr. Patterson's practice focuses primarily on business purchases and sales, real estate finance and real estate purchases and sales.  He represents local, regional and national lending institutions in real estate secured loans including construction loans and Bureau of Indian Affairs guaranteed loans to federally recognized Indian Tribes.  He represents real estate investors and developers in purchase and sale transactions and loan transactions related to residential and commercial developments.  He has represented lenders in work outs, foreclosures and other enforcement actions.

Mr. Patterson's practice also involves advising businesses in diverse areas such as entity formation, leases, employment contracts and acquisitions and sales.  He has concluded purchases and sales of businesses including television and radio stations and restaurant chains.  He also represents physicians and physician groups and others in healthcare and business related issues.
