Andre Monette is an Associate in the Environmental Law & Natural Resources Practice Group of the San Diego office of Best Best & Krieger LLP. Mr. Monette works with both public and private clients in matters involving the California Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, state and federal hazardous and solid waste issues, and water quality issues.

Mr. Monette received his Bachelor of Arts in geology, with a minor in political science, from the San Diego State University in December 2002. He received his law degree from Case Western Reserve School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. While in law school, Mr. Monette was captain of the Case Western Reserve School of Law ABA Moot Court Team and vice-president of the Case Western Reserve School of Law Environmental Law Society.  His law school honors include the Class of 1940 Scholarship, 2005 Adelstein Environmental Law Award – “Outstanding Note,” 2004 Saul S. Biskind Public Interest Law Fellowship and the California Bar Association Marcus M. Wiley Pro Bono Service Award.
