Shannon Marie Erickson is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Best Best & Krieger LLP.  Ms. Erickson practices general civil litigation with a focus on real property law.

Ms. Erickson graduated from Gonzaga University cum laude in 2001 with a dual major in Math and English.  While attending Gonzaga University, Ms. Erickson was a member of the National Jesuit Honor Society and a copy editor for the Gonzaga Bulletin.  Ms. Erickson received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2004.  During law school, Ms. Erickson was a writer and comment editor for the International Law Journal, Publicity Chair for the Women’s Law Caucus, and worked with the Sierra Club and the University of San Diego Environmental Law Clinic.  Ms. Erickson received the Environmental Law Student of the Year Award in 2004 and was a recipient of the Dean’s Outstanding Merit Scholarship from 2001 to 2004. 

Ms. Erickson was admitted to the California Bar in 2004.  Prior to joining Best Best & Krieger LLP, Ms. Erickson practiced real estate law with the firm of Kimball Tirey & St. John.
