Mrunal Mehta Shah is an Associate in the Public Finance Practice Group of Best, Best & Krieger LLP.

Ms. Shah has served as bond counsel or disclosure counsel and has participated in the following types of financings:  Mello Roos Bonds; Revenue Bonds; Certificates of Participation; Tax Allocation Bonds; Marks-Roos Joint Financing Authority Bonds; General Obligation Bonds; Assessment District Bonds; 501 ( c) (3) Bonds; and Equipment Lease-Purchase Agreements.

Ms. Shah received her law degree, cum laude, from Tulane Law School in 2002.  At Tulane, Ms. Shah served as a board member on the Tulane Moot Court Board.  Ms. Shah is currently a member of the American Bar Association, California State Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Inland Empire Latino Lawyers Association, Inc.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego, with a major in Law and Society.
