Mr. Hahn is Of Counsel in the Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration Practice Group of Best Best & Krieger LLP. Prior to joining Best Best & Krieger, Mr. Hahn practiced for nearly ten years with Morrison & Foerster LLP in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices.

Mr. Hahn advises clients on all aspects of estate and gift tax planning and trust administration. Mr. Hahn leverages significant experience with complex trust litigation to assist clients with living trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable trusts, irrevocable trusts, community property agreements and domestic partnership agreements.

Mr. Hahn was named to the Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Stars 2007 and 2008 lists for his work in estate planning and probate law. Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Stars are among the top 2.5 percent of Southern California attorneys.

Mr. Hahn received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside. He received his J.D. in 1997 from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, where he served on the Editorial Board of the California Law Review. He has served as a temporary judge and has held leadership positions in both the American Bar Association and the California State Bar.
