Henry Welles is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group of Best Best & Krieger LLP.  Mr. Welles has significant court and jury trial experience in unfair competition litigation, business fraud litigation, trust and estate litigation, real estate litigation, and general business litigation at the state and federal court levels.  Mr. Welles also counsels clients in various business and estate planning matters.

Mr. Welles is a Board member of the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership Technology Advisory Board, and a member of the Best Best & Krieger Firm Technology Committee.  He is a frequent speaker on Intellectual Property issues and is co-chair of Best Best & Krieger’s Intellectual Property Practice Area. Mr. Welles is also a member of the Riverside County C.A.R.E. Team, which engages in the prevention of elder abuse. 

Mr. Welles is a graduate of Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, MO.  He is in his thirteenth year with the Firm.
